Upon shortlisting, you will receive an email describing the next steps in your journey with us, including:
- An innovative AI-powered assessment divided into multiple stages, such as prescreening, on-demand interviews, and video game-inspired challenges to measure your flexibility and adaptability.
- The CodeVue test is specially designed for developers to showcase their technical skills.
Follow the instructions in your email to complete the assessment as soon as possible. It will enable us to assess your qualifications, experience, and suitability for the position.

- Once you successfully pass the screening stage, you will receive an email with instructions to schedule your interviews using an AI-powered tool.
- You can choose a convenient time for interviews with the hiring manager and HR Business Partners. The interviews will be conducted via video using Microsoft Teams, or may require in-person attendance, depending on the hiring manager's preferences.

- If you successfully pass the hiring manager's interview, you may be asked to write a case study (depending on the career requirements, not all roles), with a deadline to complete and submit the case study.
- To ensure success, we recommend thorough preparation and answering all questions asked. Your responses should showcase your understanding, way of thinking, presentation skills, and business acumen.

- Upon completing the business case study phase, you will receive a short task (Personality & Ability Test).

- If you successfully pass the first four stages, you will be invited to the final interview, which is conducted by senior management or specialized experts and focuses on core competencies and leadership skills.
Note: For executive positions, this stage may require more than one interview based on the job requirements. Once you pass this stage, the recruitment department will contact you to inform you of your job offer. Following your acceptance of the offer, the medical examination procedures and other steps necessary to complete the hiring process will begin.
