Elm and CDG Incept Sign an MoU to Strengthen Cooperation in Digital Transformation and Innovation in Morocco

In conjunction with the official visit led by His Excellency Eng. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih, Minister of Investment of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to the Kingdom of Morocco, and with the participation of a high-level delegation comprising representatives from both the public and private sectors, His Excellency the Minister, together with Her Excellency Nadia Fettah Alaoui, Minister of Economy and Finance of Morocco, witnessed the signing of a MoU between Elm, a pioneer in digital solutions, and CDG Incept, a subsidiary of the Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion (CDG) Group. The MoU aims to foster cooperation in the areas of digital transformation, innovation, and the development of technology projects in Morocco and targeted regional markets. The agreement was signed by Hakeem Alrasheed, General Manager of International Services at Elm, and Sarah Lamrani, General Manager of CDG Incept.

 

The MoU seeks to establish a strategic framework for cooperation between the two parties to develop digital solutions and strengthen innovation ecosystems, leveraging Elm's expertise in digital platforms, consultancy services, business process outsourcing (BPO), and e-government solutions. This collaboration aims to accelerate technological modernization in Morocco's public and private sectors while supporting national development priorities through the creation of innovative joint initiatives that highlight the strength of this partnership.

 

Majed bin Saad AlArifi, Spokesperson and Executive Vice President of Marketing at Elm, stated that the MoU extends Elm's ongoing efforts to build strategic partnerships with leading institutions that advance digital transformation and innovation at regional and international levels. He added that the collaboration with CDG Incept reflects the convergence of Saudi expertise in developing digital ecosystems with Morocco's ambition to build a sustainable digital economy, opening new horizons for knowledge exchange and innovation aligned with the two countries' aspirations for sustainable, knowledge-based development.

 

Sarah Lamrani, General Manager of CDG Incept, stated that the partnership holds strategic importance in supporting Morocco's digital transformation and strengthening its digital sovereignty. She noted that joining efforts with a company of Elm's caliber will contribute to building an advanced and efficient digital ecosystem, adding that the synergy between Moroccan and Saudi expertise represents an effective regional model for collaboration in innovation and technology.

 

The MoU represents a strategic milestone in reinforcing collaboration between Elm and CDG Incept through the joint development of innovative digital projects that promote sustainable development and position both parties as regional partners in advancing digital transformation and innovation.​
