Riyadh, November 9, 2025

Elm, a pioneer in digital solutions, has received the National Overall Reference Architecture (NORA) Accreditation from the Digital Government Authority (DGA), after meeting all national methodology requirements and achieving an advanced level of institutional maturity and digital readiness.

The certificate and recognition were received by Elm's Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Omair, during the Digital Government Forum 2025, held in Riyadh, in the presence of His Excellency Eng. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Suwayan, Governor of the Digital Government Authority, along with several ministers, experts, and decision-makers in the field of digital government at both local and international levels.

This accreditation, awarded at Level 3, crowns Elm's efforts in implementing its Enterprise Architecture Project, launched last year to enhance institutional integration, improve operational efficiency, and align business and technology strategies. The project achieved 100% strategic alignment, raised system availability to 99.98%, and delivered financial savings exceeding SAR 8 million by unifying technical initiatives and reducing duplicate solutions.

The Digital Government Authority's development of the National Overall Reference Architecture (NORA) methodology is part of the Authority's efforts aligned with the objectives of Vision 2030 for the government sector. The methodology helps government entities develop their enterprise architecture in an accessible and structured manner, following stages and steps that ensure good governance in implementation and compatibility with government operations, thereby supporting the national direction toward comprehensive digital transformation.

Elm affirmed that this recognition reflects its commitment to adopting best national and international enterprise architecture practices, and to leveraging its technological expertise to advance the Kingdom's digital transformation journey. This achievement aligns with the company's “Elm 4.0" strategy, which focuses on strengthening institutional integration, enabling emerging technologies, and achieving operational excellence and sustainability.

This honor reaffirms Elm's position as a trusted national partner in leading digital transformation and empowering Saudi talent, while contributing to the development of a sustainable digital future that supports the national economy and advances the ambitions of Saudi Vision 2030.
