Elm, a leading digital solutions company, is participating and strategically sponsoring the Hajj and Umrah Exhibition and Conference 2023 (Hajj Expo), which is held in Jeddah on 9 Jan for 4 days, under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Khaled Al Faisal, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Governor of Makkah Province.


The CEO of Elm, Dr. Abdulrahman bin Saad Al Jadhai, will participate during the first dialogue session accompanying the conference, which will be entitled (Planning for Innovation: A Future Vision for Hajj Digital Services), where the session sheds light on the most prominent indicators and results achieved by the digital transformation project in Hajj and Umrah services, which aims to improve the services provided to the pilgrims and facilitate the procedures they go through during their journey, in addition to moving towards stimulating innovation and creativity and supporting innovators to improve the services provided to the pilgrims.


Elm has distinguished relations with the Hajj and Umrah sector, in order to achieve their aspirations in accordance with the Kingdom's Vision 2030, as the company seeks continuous development and success in providing digital services by transferring its experiences in the areas of digitization, administrative operations and projects management through its local and international partners.


This participation comes within the framework of Elm's constant interest in providing innovative solutions that contribute to developing the business of the Hajj and Umrah sector and serving pilgrims, Umrah performers and visitors. It is also keen, according to its strategic partnership with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, to provide a package of business outsourcing services to support the digital transformation journey in the Hajj and Umrah system, and operating it according to the highest specifications and standards, as it works to build the customer journey, crowd management and service centers, which in total have contributed to improving the experience of pilgrims and Umrah performers, taking into account all the needs and services that will enrich and facilitate their journey in all aspects.


In the same context, Elm operates the Hajj and Umrah Information Center, which performs all electronic operations for Umrah performers and pilgrims in integration with all internal and external governmental and private agencies, through electronic systems developed through the center to manage all operations in the Hajj and Umrah system.
