It also aims to develop young national talents through cooperative training programs and enhance their skills for faster integration into the job market. These programs include resume preparation, personal interview skills development, curriculum review to ensure alignment with market needs, and the establishment of a special program for student visits to Elm's headquarters. During these visits, students will be introduced to the company's departments and experience the real working environment, so they can enhance their understanding of job market requirements.
