Elm, the pioneer digital solutions company, has signed yesterday a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with (ROSHN), National Real Estate Developer for Integrated Urban Neighborhoods and a wholly owned public investment fund company. The signing ceremony was conducted at ROSHN head office in Riyadh.
The MOU, which was signed by Elm's CEO, Dr, Abdulrahman Bin Saad Al-Jadhai, and ROSHN’s CEO, David Grover, aims to build and maintain a strong and long-lasting partnership between the two companies. Under the MOU, Elm and ROSHN will work closely to achieve a common vision and goals in the real estate industry, within ROSHN’s real estate projects.
Al-Jadhai said that under this agreement, Elm will serve as a trusted and successful partner for ROSHN, by providing effective digital solutions that pave the way for a more efficient and a digitally enabled real estate industry. This, in turn, will contribute to achieving the ambitious national vision of creating sustainable economic growth.
On the other hand, Grover expressed ROSHN's great appreciation of the agreement, as it comes in line with the company's continuous efforts to improve its services and contribute to the overall growth of Saudi economy. ROSHN is keen to play a greater role in Vision 2030 by implementing world-class and fully developed residential and commercial projects that increase the net value of national real estate wealth.
