Launching of "Eshara" Application in KFNCCC And KFSHRC in Riyadh and Jeddah

 King Faisal Specialist Hospital Foundation “Wareef” announced the initiative to enable hearing impaired people in King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Riyadh and Jeddah and King Fahad National Center For Children’s Cancer with Elm company and the developer of Eshara application in the presence of KFSHRC CEO, Dr. Majid Ibrahim Al-Fayyadh and Elm CEO, Dr. Abdulrahman Aljadhai.
The importance of using this application is to achieve comprehensive services for patients and visitors of the Hospital with hearing impaired disabilities as it facilitate their procedures. It also gives them the opportunity to as employees get on in the work environment by providing a digital platform that supports visual communication between them and the distant call center of sign language interpretation. It guarantees overcoming the communication obstacles, enabling the deaf, and supporting their individuality. Which helps in preserving their complete privacy and confidentiality.
One of the most important features of the application is evaluating the service by the beneficiaries after each call. This enables the organization, in partnership with Elm, to continuously develop the service in order to reach the highest possible level of satisfaction for the beneficiaries.
Wareef aims at achieving its goal of providing help for patients in need through collaboration with Elm.
Likewise, it is also considered under the key interests of Elm to facilitate solutions that are compatible with all the client’s needs, to assure an integrated experience for the client.
