Elm, the leader of digital solutions, won the Genesis Awards during the annual "G-Summit Middle East 2018", which was held in Dubai recently. This was due to its success in achieving the best operating experience by applying the system in the company's technical support centers with the "Best use of Technology and Security", which indicates that the company offers the best call center systems globally, in line with the company's overall strategy.
The System was implemented inside the company within 7 months. During this period, Elm’s team was able to overcome a range of technical challenges and difficulties. The award reflects the ideal level of service provided to Elm’s customers and the Company's continued interest in providing the best possible services based on customer needs, according to high-precision standards, either at the level of technical support, or customer experience of electronic services.
